Wednesday I went and hung out at the mall for 7 hours….. Wow. I was with my best friend Claudia and her friend Micheala. The best part was I fit into a size 34 skinny jeans from Forever 21. Now they aren’t my style but I feel good knowing I could fit into them. We ended the day on a patio till last call when I stopped ordering Diet Cokes and upgraded my order to a Cherry Coke… Wild!

Yesterday afternoon I kinda just strolled around town trying to find a copy of Forgetting Sarah Marshall 3-Disc Deluxe Edition. I love that movie. And last night I ended up hanging out with some friends at a coffee shop. Now this shop isn’t special, its just a generic cafe inside of a Borders Bookstore but every table is set up for gaming.  Not the gaming that you might think but more of the traditional forms of gaming like checkers, chess, go, mah jong and spades. I love a good game of spades. There is something about having a partner that is in sync with your playing style that can predict how you bid, play your face cards and bluff your opponents. 

I don’t know what I’ll be doing this weekend but I imagine I’ll find something to do.

I’m sorry for not blogging lately. I haven’t really felt up to it and I don’t think my daily life is interesting, just sad. Most days we get off work around 1pm-ish and I then drive home and fall asleep at 2pm. And then I sleep for like the next 6-7 hours! I have turned nocturnal. 

But the big news I have is that I quit World of Warcraft. I haven’t known how to tell people. So I figure I’d just give it all up… here is my characters name, server, everything….  you’ll notice I haven’t logged in since July 13.

I realize that I’m only a lvl 60. Thats apart of why I haven’t told anyone my toon’s name. I’m ashamed of being a 60 and in a few weeks I’ll be 20 lvls to low. So I quit.

The other part is I found myself logging in because I had an urge to do so, not a desire just an urge. I would log in wonder around in the game but not really do anything, I found it boring but just slightly better then doing nothing. Thats when I realized I need to fine another hobby. Tomorrow I’ll share that and I would greatly love some feedback here or on Kidd Nation.

Last Friday I went to the House of Blues and got to see this awesome Queen tribute band called Almost Queen. 

The lead “actor” looks too much like Freddy Mercury. I mean its one thing to look like him but also have the same voice as Freddy is odd. Do you wake up one day and realize you are given the gift of being someone else so you make it a career path or is it more divine then that. Do the gods of rock  ordain you to be Freddy Mercury? Questions I have in the universe.

OMG, I lost a pants size!!! I’m down to my freshman weight and pants size. OMG!!

Two big things have gone on in my life in the last 3 days and I felt like blogging about them. I’m sorry I haven’t blogged in a while. To blog its means logging onto my Windows XP machine because my iMac won’t log into the blog service. But I figured this stuff was worth logging in for.

1) I finally got a credit card. I know, 22 and no credit card… But I finally broke down and accepted one of those offers you get in the mail. I always use cash where ever I go and have never had a need for credit. But I couldn’t pass up 0% Interest.

2)  I am headed to Venezuela!!! This December I’m headed to Venezuela for Christmas and New Years. I’m very excited about hanging out in Caracas, hitting the beach, and just chilling with my best friend. I’ve never left the country so this is my first time. And I figured why go to Canada or Mexico when I can travel to South America! I cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I haven’t Blogged in a while. Sorry. Here why….. I’m depressed.

Oh I’ve been rejected by women, thats no big deal. No, the rejection that has me down is the fact that youtube has rejected me. I applied to be a Youtube Partner and they rejected me. Being a Youtube Partner would have been so cool. I could have joined in within the elite group of youtubers…. But NO… and in the email they sent me they didn’t even give me a reason except, “its not you, its me.” Whatever. I’m so over you youtube.

Also, the other reason I haven’t been blogging is because my Mac and WordPress hate each-other… stupid WordPress. Well thats what I’ve been up to. Later!

PS. Oh, yeah I also went on a drunken bender Monday night at the Foundation Room at the House of Blues. Sorry Brandi for not being fun.

Last night was the screening for my movie I did for the 24 hour video race. It didn’t go well. The movie before mine screened with no audio! I felt so bad for that team. One of the members stood up in the screening and just started shouting out the lines of dialog so their movie made more sense, which was funny but I felt so bad.

It was very embarrassing all around. My film had slight male nudity in it and I didn’t think it was that odd until you see it on a 30ft screen. Thats a whole lot of naked man…. Also I personally was embarrassed becuase there is a scene in the movie where I’m in a movie theatre with another man on a date. I don’t think i’ll ever show this mess of a movie to anyone ever again. If you saw it yesterday at the Angelika tell me of your review.

Side Note: I didn’t get to pick the topic for our film, that was our team leader’s idea. I only ran audio for it making sure all the microphones where in the right place. Also it was ment to be a comedy, and it tanked when none of the audience was laughing… I should have slept in saturday and none shown up to the set….

Ok, I’ve been playing softball for nearly a month now, minus that first week and this last week…. So really I’ve played like 2 games of softball. And I do keep my glove in my car for those cases of when you need to throw down in the empty lot down the street with the rivial team. But last night I’m driving around, hanging out with J-Si and he finds a baseball rolling around the floor of my car. Where did that come from?

I don’t play baseball…
I don’t know anyone that plays baseball…
And more over, why haven’t I noticed it rolling around before now?

It’s like a great mystery for me. And I know this doesn’t sound like a great blog. And I could get into why J-Si and I were hanging out but it was just chillin’. Plus I imagine our rap song will be on the K-Pod soon so you guys will know what we were doing… I don’t wanna ruin my mad rhymes.

So, why I’m really writing this is I would love to read peoples stories about what is the weirdest thing you’ve found out of place? And did you ever figure out how it became to be so weird?

Finally I will be able to get into 24hr Video Race. I got a call last night from a friend who is short one on there teams and thought I would be a good addon. YAY!

What is a Video Race? Its simple, at midnight (actually 12:01am) you are given a list of task to include in your video. For the Dallas 24 Hour Video Race you must inlude the secret theme, phrase, location, and item. For others like the Mac Video Race you have 24 hours but its all online.

I’m so excited about it all. Do a youtube search to see what others have done… some are actually good. I want to know has anyone have any advice or done anything like this? I’m nervious.
